Targeteers Archery Pro Shop is an industry award winning pro shop that has been family run since 1957. We have grown into one of the East Coast leaders in the archery trade business.

We have secured consecutive Top Dealer Awards from Hoyt and Mathews, and have been honored by Archery Business’ East Coast Dealer Award. Our retail showroom is fully stocked with compound, recurve bows and crossbows. We carry a full line of accessories, custom arrows & strings.

We also offer multiple leagues and lessons. We have an indoor range with 11 lanes capable of shooting up to 28 yards.



RETAIL SALESPERSON

We are looking for a retail salesperson that is outgoing, has excellent customer service skills, combined with a positive attitude and appearance. The ability to work independently and as a team player is necessary within a fast paced environment. This candidate will be working in our retail showroom assisting customers with sales, service and fittings. A minimum of seven years of experience in the field of archery, along with a love and understanding of archery is mandatory.



CASHIER

We are looking for a cashier that has excellent customer service skills, combined with a positive attitude and appearance. This candidate must have strong math and computer skills. The ability to work independently and as a team player is necessary within a fast paced environment. Strong organizational skills required. A love and understanding of archery is necessary. This candidate will be working in our retail showroom alongside our management and sales staff assisting our customers with their final sales, weekly check in for leagues, booking lessons, and customer service questions.



INSTRUCTOR

This part time position will be working in our range providing lessons for children, adults, groups, parties, and corporate functions. Must have archery knowledge and experience shooting. A love and understanding of archery is mandatory. Opportunity to become USA Archery certified.

All positions requires a valid unrestricted driver’s license and occasional use of personal car. No provisional license accepted. Candidate must be consistent with the work ethic of our pro shop. Evening and weekend hours are required as well. References to be provided and will be checked.
