Range rules
Read these once. They do not change.
Most of them are obvious. All of them are enforced.
Lanes are subject to availability. Lessons, leagues and events take lanes, so call ahead or check the calendar and Facebook for the current schedule.
We do not provide equipment unless you are taking a lesson.
Any equipment brought from outside will be checked and must meet our safety standards.
Targets are available for sale at the front desk.
It may be required that two shooters share one bale.
Closed-toe footwear must be worn on the shooting line.
First-time shooters must have prior instruction or be approved by management.
All children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
Children must be seven years old to shoot in the range and to take a lesson.
Management reserves the right to remove shooters and make decisions about the range accordingly. Anyone not following safety rules will be removed without a refund. We have the final decision about equipment.

The range, answered.
Do I need an appointment to shoot?
Not usually, but call first. Lanes get taken up by lessons, leagues and events, and the schedule shifts week to week. One quick call to (201) 843-7788 saves you a wasted drive.
Can I rent a bow for the range?
We do not rent equipment on its own. Equipment is included when you book a lesson, which is the better way to start anyway. You get a bow that actually fits you and someone standing next to you while you learn to use it.
What should I wear on the shooting line?
Closed-toe shoes, always. Beyond that, wear something that lets you draw a bow without a sleeve or a hood getting in the way. Leave loose jewellery and long earrings at home.
How long is the range?
Eleven indoor lanes, air conditioned, shooting out to 27 yards.
Can I bring my own bow?
Yes. Anything brought in from outside gets checked at the desk and has to meet our safety standards. If something is not right we will tell you what it needs, and usually we can fix it while you are here.
Do you sell targets?
Yes, targets are available at the front desk. On busy nights two shooters may share a bale, which is normal and works fine.
